Meet & greet the minibus at Barrique Wine Store/Healesville Hotel, in the main street of Healesville.

10.30am - Winery 1
Nestled in the heart of the Yarra Valley, our first stop will offer a wine tasting eXperience that feels both relaxed and refined. As you take in the sweeping vineyard views, you’ll be guided through a selection of their elegant cool-climate wines—from crisp Chardonnays to beautifully structured Pinot Noirs—each reflecting the character of the region. The setting blends historic charm with modern sophistication, making it the perfect place to slow down, savour each sip, and truly appreciate one of Australia’s most celebrated wine destinations.

11.30am - Winery 2
In our second stop, guests are invited to eXperience one of the Yarra Valley’s most historic wineries in a setting that blends tradition with contemporary flair. Surrounded by picturesque vineyards, you’ll sample a curated range of elegant wines—particularly their renowned Chardonnay and Pinot Noir—while learning about the estate’s rich winemaking heritage. With its relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, it’s an ideal stop to unwind, take in the scenery, and enjoy a true taste of the region’s character.

12.30pm - Winery 3
At our surprise venue, guests can enjoy a truly immersive and potential outdoor wine tasting set right amongst the vines. Surrounded by rolling hills and rows of grapevines, this eXperience invites you to slow down and savour each sip in the fresh country air. You’ll taste a selection of beautifully crafted, small-batch wines that reflect the unique character of the vineyard, all while soaking up the peaceful, natural setting—it’s a relaxed and memorable way to connect with the Yarra Valley at its source.

1.30pm - Luncheon at Healesville Hotel
Established in 1910, the Healesville Hotel is a place where guests can enjoy a relaxed and stylish two-course luncheon that showcases the best of Yarra Valley produce. You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing drink on arrival (beer, wine or soft drink) before settling in to savour shared entrees and your choice of a main meal, all in modern pub-style cuisine done to a high standard. Set in a charming heritage building in the heart of Healesville, it’s the perfect mid-day pause to unwind, indulge, and soak up the region’s laid-back atmosphere.

3.00pm - 1hr free time
Feel free to relax at the Healesville Hotel for an after-lunch beverage, wander the main street of Healesville browsing the shops, or pop into Barrique Wine Store for one more glass of wine and/or to purchase some wine for the Saturday night in.

4.00pm - Accommodation Drop Offs
The bus will arrive at 4.00pm at Barrique Wine Store and drop guests back to their Yarra Valley accommodations or Lilydale Train Station.
