Conferences / Retreats

Let us do it all! Any bookings we make on your behalf for transport, accommodation, private dinners, etc. have no mark up on the price. There is only benefits to using Yarra Valley X as your booking agent.

In regard to large corporates, we partner with the RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort, Yarra Valley Lodge and also Balgownie Estate. We have great working relationships with these venues and they are our preferred partners for numbers 20 & above.

For smaller companies, contact us directly to discuss, as there are many other options, some of which may be more bespoke and to your liking.

Your FREE Host

Any bookings for a conference or any corporate event that involve multiple layers (i.e. accommodation + eXperiences, multiple eXperiences, eXperiences + private dinner, eXperiences + transport, etc.), a Yarra Valley X staff member will be allocated the role of host to your booking to ensure everything runs smoothly, at no extra charge. To make your life easier, why not completely outsource your event or conference to us!

Not only does this take the pressure off the booking representative of the your company (i.e. you!), but we know what’s hot and what’s not in the Yarra Valley right now, and also at the time of your event.

  • Many hands make light work. If we ran a conference ten years ago, it wouldn’t 10% as good as we do them now. We have the local knowledge after years of working in tourism, accommodation & hospitality in the Yarra Valley.

    We know what works down here on certain days of the week, and at different times of year. If it is your job to organise for your company, the pressure is on! We will ensure you get the pats on the back for choosing the right company to assist.

  • At Yarra Valley X, we like to be extremely transparent. A host is provided FREE of charge to you if you are making multiple bookings with us. Whether is be eXperiences, accommodation, transport, private dinners, etc. you then qualify to be a VIP customer. You deserve a host! As a licensed tourism operator, Yarra Valley X may receive rebates from selected suppliers, and of course we can assist as host if our own eXperiences are being booked.
