If your company wants a complete day out organised for you, this is it! We have partnered with Nillumbik Estate, a historic winery in the Yarra Valley to use their venue for our team building & corporate offsite days.
Here, you will enjoy a fantastic luncheon with delicious wine, a winery tour and a private barrel room tasting with Winemaker. From a work point of view, you will have exclusive use of the venue, including state of the art AV equipment & projector screen if your company wishes to ‘plug in’, for any offsite planning work or meetings… before the fun begins, a team building program…

Let us do it all! Use Yarra Valley X as your booking agent for transport, accommodation, private dinners, etc. We know the best and we know how to access best prices.
In regard to large corporates, we partner with the RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort, Yarra Valley Lodge and also Balgownie Estate. We have great working relationships with these venues and they are our preferred accommodation partners for numbers 20 & above.
For smaller companies, contact us directly to discuss, as there are many other options, some of which may be more bespoke and to your liking.
Your FREE Host
Any bookings for a conference or any corporate event, a Yarra Valley X staff member will be allocated the role of host to your booking to ensure everything runs smoothly, at no extra charge. To make your life easier, why not completely outsource your event or conference to us!
Not only does this take the pressure off the booking representative of the your company (i.e. you!), but we know what’s hot and what’s not in the Yarra Valley right now, and also at the time of your event.
