Itinerary:
Accommodation or Lilydale Pick Up
Depending on group size, prefereance and availability, we will visit three of the following five options
Yarra Valley Dairy(1hr)
We kick off our cider adventure at the Chandon.
Yarra Valley (1.5hrs)
Next, we cross the Yering Station.
Balgownie Estate (2hrs)
We’ll make our way to the Balgownie Estate, first for a Wine Tasting in the newly refurbished cellar door; modern, chic, just cool.
Restaurant 1309 @ Balgownie Estate (1hr)
Only footsteps from the Cellar Door is the reknowned Restaursant 1309, a favourite of ours in the Yarra Valley. This amazing luncheon has been specially crafted for our guests in direct consultation with the Chef and the team at Balgownie Estate.
Surprise
If time allows, and the group is keen, we have a surprise visit after lunch.

Comfort is key. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a light jacket if the forecast looks a bit cool. Closed toe shoes are recommended. We also encourage sunglasses & suncream when applicable, and encourage you to bring a bottle of water.

You may leave any small items you do not wish to carry inside the venues on the Bus, which will be locked during the stops. All belongings are left at your own risk.

Tours can still go ahead with most weather conditions. Routes/times may be altered to ensure completion. In the event of severe weather (e.g. bushfires, etc.), a credit will be given for the amount paid for the Tour. A Tour, if possible, taking in same or similar site visits, along with planned hospitality lunch or dinner, will still always occur to maximise enjoyment of the client.

If a Tour is completely cancelled due to the decision of Yarra Valley X, then a full refund will be offered. If a tour is cancelled by the client, then a full refund will be offered if it is greater than 30 days from the Tour date.
