Itinerary:

Accommodation Pick Up

Stag Lane Farm Distillery (1hr)
Named after Grandma, the Mary Monica Gin manufactured on this gorgeous farm located between Healesville & Yarra Glen is to die for, so much so, one is called the Gin Reaper! Taste it if you dare! This farm is a family affair, and a dangerous place to start because they welcome you like family members, that you won’t want to leave!

Four Pillars Distillery (1hr)
Second up is the mothership of the Spirits in the Valley, being Four Pillars. They need no introduction as they have won nearly every award possible, the newly renovated tasting area is upmarket and chic. We will have a tasting paddle where you will be guided through four of their signature Gins. A most stop in Healesville!

Alchemy Distillers (45mins)
A small batch distiller located in the heart of Healesville, Alchemy was founded by larger than life characters in Evan & Jannick back in 2016. They have recently opened a street front bar named ‘Hermetica’ that carries its own brand with a range of different spirits. This is local and very authentic.

Cavanaghs Whiskey & Alehouse (45mins)
Our next stop is one of the newest additions and very popular Cavanaghs. This place is a real gem. Whiskeys and beers collide head on, so much so, you can order a boilermaker which is one of each. If one of the 100+ whiskeys isn’t your thing, then there are plenty of local and international beers to choose from.

Private Luncheon at Healesville Hotel (90 mins)
Time for some food! Stroll across the road to reflect the day’s spirit journey over a delicious private dining 2-course luncheon + welcome drink at the historic Healesville Hotel. We say farewell after lunch where you might ‘kick on’ or be dropped back to your accommodation.
