“Get in my Belly” Yarra Valley Cooking Class + Food Tour

Itinerary:

Accommodation pick up

First Stop: Cooking with Chef Anna Psaila in Al Dente Restuarant at Billanook Estate
We’ll kick things off with a pick-up from your Yarra Valley accommodation, and head straight to Billanook Estate for an exciting morning with head chef Anna Psaila at Al Dente. Here, you’ll roll up your sleeves and learn how to make Italian classics from scratch—think pastas, pizzas, and desserts, all using fresh Yarra Valley produce. After all the cooking, you’ll sit down to enjoy the 3-course feast you helped create—what could be better than that? (Oh wait, maybe a glass of wine to wash it down!)

Second Stop: Yarra Valley Dairy
Next, we’ll head to the Yarra Valley Dairy, home of delicious artisan cheeses made in a 100-year-old milking shed. We’ll enjoy a tasting session of their finest cheeses, and then you’ll have time to explore their range of homewares and local produce, or simply relax and sip wine while watching the cows pass by. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and savour the flavours of the valley.

Third Stop: Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice-Creamery
No food tour is complete without something sweet, so we’ll finish off our adventure with a visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice-Creamery. Here, you’ll indulge in one last tasting session, featuring decadent chocolates that are the ultimate treat after a day of feasting.

  • Yes we can. Please advise us when booking of any dietary requirements and we will best work with you.

  • For private groups, the start/end times can be changed to suit your schedule. Reach out to us on phone 0476 188 044 or email hello@yarravalleyx.com.au to discuss your proposal. We’ll make it work for you!

  • Wear whatever you want. Aprons will be provided so you don’t spoil that nice new top with some Italian sauce!

  • You may leave any small items you do not wish to carry during the Cooking Class in the company Van. This Van will be locked during the duration of the Cooking Class. All belongings are left at your own risk.

  • This eXperience is ran entirely indoors so we will go ahead rain, hail or shine.

  • If a Tour is completely cancelled due to the decision of Yarra Valley X, then a full refund will be offered. If a tour is cancelled by the client, then a full refund will be offered if it is greater than 30 days from the Tour date.
