Our founders and staff have been working in the Yarra Valley for 10+ years in a variety of industries such as tourism, accommodation, and hospitality. Yarra Valley X was registered in February 2025 and we ran our first eXperience in March 2025. We launched our e-Bike eXperiences in October 2025, which is the major focus of our business, and are proving very popular. As a business, I guess we are relatively new on paper, but with that we bring a fresh and personalised approach to tourism, and we are here to stay. We are locals after all!

You will likely deal with Sam, who is head of Sales & Business Development and will be the dedicated contact for all new travel agent relationships. He is also one of our accredited e-Bike Ride Leaders, and will likely be on every e-Bike eXperience that your client books. Yes, by telephone. Our online booking system is designed for the end user, the participants. So for any booking made by travel agents on behalf of their clients, for instant confirmation call Sam on 0476 188 044. Alternatively, if you are not in a hurry, any booking requests can be made by email hello@yarravalleyx.com.au and be confirmed with an invoice sent within 24hrs, but likely a lot sooner.

We have a variety of options. Our main group transport is taken with a 2024 Toyota Hiace (12 passenger) people mover van. However, we have many transport partners depending on how your clients want to travel. We can do luxury cars, luxury buses, buses for larger groups, helicopters, anything! Also, as some of our eXperiences start in the Lilydale area, your clients can always catch the train to Lilydale Train Station and we can meet them there! All transport is quoted and charged on top of the listed eXperience costs.

This will all depend on availability, but hey, if we are available, we can be ready in a few hours! The day before minimum is always preferred in case we need support staff, but we recently took a group out at 10.00am that booked at 8.00am, just a few hours earlier. As mentioned, for quick turnarounds, call us on 0476 188 044.

No! Our key staff are on every eXperience. Your clients will be treated like VIP’s and will deal with Sam, Emma, Lisa or Greg to ensure they have an eXperience that will last a lifetime! We do use third parties as part of some of our eXperiences (e.g. white water rafting, cooking classes, etc.), however, a Yarra Valley X staff member or tour leader will still always be in attendance.

Our due date for payment for travel agent bookings are the earlier of 14 days from date of invoice, or 2 days before the eXperience is scheduled to take place. For any bookings that are months in advance, we are happy to discuss these terms with you, as we are also willing to accept a 10% deposit to secure dates, with balance of payment closer to the eXperience in these circumstances. All terms can be negotiated and we are always flexible to discuss further. Reach out!
